Cabbage Casserole
By Rand E. Creitz
Here's
one that's not so well known, but just as good as green bean. When my oldest
sister told me she was going to make this casserole I looked at her like she
was crazy.
Cabbage Casserole
1 head cabbage, boiled or steamed in salted water just until done
1-2 cans of whatever condensed soup you like; chicken, mushroom, celery, etc.
The amount of soup depends on how much cabbage is in the head.
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Place cooked cabbage and soup in a crock and blend. Pour into casserole and top
with cheese. Bake at 375 until cheese is browned.
Enjoy!
